These Disclosures supplement, and do not replace, any other policy, agreement, or written informed consent that you may execute with Global Strategic Solutions, LLC or with any independent medical provider to whom you are referred.
Global Strategic Solutions, LLC is a Utah limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Utah, with its principal place of business in Provo, Utah. The Company operates under the trade names Magnum Performance Labs and Gold Standard Regenerative (collectively with the parent company, "GSS," "we," "our," or "us").
GSS is a marketing, education, coordination, and concierge services company. GSS is not a hospital, clinic, medical practice, physician group, ambulatory surgery center, laboratory, pharmacy, telemedicine provider, or any other type of healthcare provider. GSS does not employ physicians, surgeons, nurses, laboratory technicians, or other licensed medical personnel to provide medical services to the public.

No physician-patient, healthcare-provider, counseling, fiduciary, or treatment relationship is created by your use of the Site, by your submission of any inquiry, intake, contact, or eligibility form, or by any response you receive from GSS or its personnel. Communications between you and GSS personnel are non-medical in nature and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All medical evaluations, consultations, procedures, surgeries, treatments, prescriptions, laboratory services, cellular and biologic product preparation and administration, and post-procedure medical care are provided exclusively by independent licensed medical providers and licensed medical facilities located outside the United States, including in Mexico. These providers are independent of GSS, are not employed by GSS, and are solely responsible for all clinical judgment, medical decision-making, patient consent, treatment performance, complications, adverse events, and follow-up care.
The decision to undergo any procedure must be made directly between you and the treating provider, following proper medical evaluation, written informed consent, and review of risks, benefits, alternatives, exclusions, and post-treatment obligations.
IMPORTANT FDA DISCLOSURE. Certain regenerative, cellular, biologic, stem cell, exosome, growth factor, peptide, and related products and therapies that may be discussed on this Site, or that may be available through the independent foreign medical providers referenced on this Site, are not approved, cleared, licensed, or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") for the indications discussed on this Site, and are not lawful for sale, distribution, or administration within the United States. These products and therapies are administered exclusively outside the United States by independent providers operating under the laws of the country in which they are licensed.
Statements made on this Site about any non-FDA-approved product, therapy, or procedure have not been evaluated by the FDA. No product, therapy, or procedure discussed on this Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease.
Cellular therapies, including therapies derived from mesenchymal stem cells, umbilical cord-derived cells, exosomes, and related biologic products, are the subject of ongoing scientific investigation. Many cellular therapies have not been demonstrated, through adequate and well-controlled clinical trials, to be safe or effective for any specific indication. The FDA has issued public warnings regarding the risks of unapproved stem cell therapies, including risks of serious adverse events, infection, immune reaction, embolism, blindness, tumor formation, and death.
You should not undergo any cellular or regenerative therapy without (i) obtaining a comprehensive medical evaluation from a qualified physician; (ii) reviewing the published scientific evidence (or the absence of evidence) for the specific therapy and indication you are considering; (iii) reviewing the credentials, licensure status, and regulatory compliance of the treating provider; and (iv) executing a written informed consent that fully describes the risks, alternatives, and uncertainties of the proposed therapy.
GSS does not guarantee any medical, aesthetic, functional, sexual, regenerative, therapeutic, cosmetic, or other outcome from any procedure, product, or therapy discussed on this Site or coordinated through GSS. Individual results vary substantially and are not predictable. Any result described, depicted, or implied on this Site is illustrative only and does not represent typical, expected, average, or guaranteed outcomes.

Receiving medical care outside the United States involves risks that are different from, and in many cases greater than, the risks of receiving care domestically. These risks include but are not limited to:
Most U.S. private health insurance plans, Medicare, and Medicaid do not cover medical procedures performed outside the United States, nor complications arising from such procedures. You are solely responsible for verifying coverage with your insurer before traveling. GSS does not offer, provide, or sell health insurance and does not advise on insurance matters. You may wish to investigate medical-tourism-specific travel insurance products offered by independent insurers.
GSS strongly recommends that, before traveling internationally for any medical procedure, you consult with a licensed physician in your home jurisdiction who is independent of GSS and of the foreign provider. Your independent physician can evaluate your fitness for travel, the appropriateness of the proposed procedure for your medical history, and the post-treatment care you may require upon return.
California Residents, Stem Cell Therapy Notice (California Health & Safety Code 125290.5). California law requires healthcare providers offering stem cell therapies that have not been approved by the FDA to provide specific notice to patients. The independent medical providers referenced on this Site that offer such therapies do so exclusively outside of the United States and are not subject to California licensure. California residents are nevertheless advised that stem cell therapies discussed on this Site involve the use of human cells or tissues that are not approved by the FDA, and California residents are encouraged to consult with their own California-licensed physician before pursuing any such therapy.
Utah Residents. GSS is organized under the laws of the State of Utah. Utah residents are entitled to the protections of the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act and the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, as applicable.
Residents of All Other States. Some states impose additional requirements on the advertising of medical services, stem cell therapies, or medical tourism arrangements. To the extent any portion of the Site does not comply with the law of your state of residence, such portion is void in your jurisdiction and is not offered to you.
The Site is intended for adults aged eighteen (18) years and older. Content related to male enhancement, sexual health, plastic surgery, and similar topics is restricted to users eighteen (18) years of age and older. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. GSS may, in its discretion, require age verification before granting access to age-restricted areas of the Site.
GSS collects information through the Site, including personal information, contact information, and information that may relate to your health interests. GSS's collection, use, sharing, retention, and security practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge GSS's Privacy Policy.
Cross-Border Data Transfer Notice. If you submit information through the Site in connection with a referral to a foreign medical provider, you understand and consent that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in Mexico or other countries outside the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of your home jurisdiction.
Sensitive Information. Please do not transmit detailed medical history, diagnostic information, or other sensitive health information through unsecured Site forms or through email. Use only the secure intake mechanisms provided by GSS.
HIPAA Notice. GSS is not a "covered entity" or a "business associate" as those terms are defined under the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"), and HIPAA does not govern GSS's collection or use of your information. Information you provide to GSS is governed by GSS's Privacy Policy and applicable state privacy law.
The Site uses cookies, pixels, software development kits, and similar tracking technologies, including (without limitation) Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta Pixel, and other advertising and analytics tools. These technologies collect information about your interaction with the Site for analytics, advertising measurement, audience optimization, and similar purposes.
Where required by applicable law, GSS will obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies or activating third-party tracking technologies. You may manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie consent banner on the Site or by contacting us at coo@goldstandardregenerative.com. Any fees paid to GSS for concierge or coordination services are governed by GSS's Refund and Cancellation Policy and by any individual concierge services agreement you sign. Medical fees paid to independent foreign providers are governed by the agreements you sign with those providers and are not refundable by GSS.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (in the United States) or your local emergency services immediately. Do not use the Site to seek emergency medical care. GSS does not provide emergency medical services, urgent care, crisis intervention, or any time-sensitive medical assistance.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including those of foreign medical providers, regulatory authorities, scientific publications, and informational resources. GSS does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and is subject to that site's terms.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, and software, is the property of GSS or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Global Strategic Solutions," "Magnum Performance Labs," "Gold Standard Regenerative," and associated logos and designs are trademarks of GSS. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without GSS's prior written permission.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. GSS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GSS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY MATERIALS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UNDER WHICH SUCH CLAIM IS BROUGHT.
GSS'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GSS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Nothing in these Disclosures is intended to limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GSS, its affiliates, and its owners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (i) your use of or access to the Site; (ii) your violation of these Disclosures or any other policy referenced on the Site; (iii) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (iv) any content you submit to the Site.
These Disclosures and any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Mandatory Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or these Disclosures will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Salt Lake City, Utah, before a single arbitrator, in accordance with the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures then in effect. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver. You and GSS each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of multiple parties.
Thirty-Day Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to coo@goldstandardregenerative.com within thirty (30) days of your first use of the Site. Your notice must include your full name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration provision.
This Section 24 does not preclude either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, or unauthorized access to the Site.
GSS is committed to providing a Site that is accessible to the widest possible audience and works to maintain conformance with applicable accessibility guidelines. GSS may modify these Disclosures from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Disclosures reflects the date of the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclosures.
If any provision of these Disclosures is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Disclosures, together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any other policies referenced on the Site, constitute the entire understanding between you and GSS with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals with respect to the subject matter hereof.
