Global Strategic Solutions, LLC
d/b/a Magnum Performance Labs | d/b/a Gold Standard Regenerative
1. Introduction
Global Strategic Solutions, LLC, including its trade names Magnum Performance Labs and Gold Standard Regenerative (collectively, "GSS," "we," "our," or "us"), is committed to transparency about our marketing and promotional relationships. This Affiliate and Endorsement Disclosure (this "Disclosure") explains the types of compensation arrangements we maintain and how we comply with the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255), as updated in 2023, together with the advertising policies of the platforms on which we and our partners advertise, including Google and Meta.
This Disclosure supplements, and should be read together with, our other policies, including our Website Legal Disclosures, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use, and the FDA-related notices described below.
2. Types of Promotional Relationships
GSS engages in the following types of promotional relationships:
- Affiliate marketers: third parties (including websites, publishers, content creators, and referral partners) who refer prospective clients to GSS and receive compensation, which may be a flat fee, a per-lead fee, a per-conversion fee, or a percentage of GSS's concierge fees.
- Influencers and content creators: individuals with social media or content audiences who post about GSS, our services, or the foreign medical providers we coordinate with, and who receive compensation, free or discounted services, gifts, or other consideration.
- Media partners: publishers, podcasters, and other media partners who feature GSS in sponsored content, paid placements, or co-branded campaigns.
- Patient ambassadors: former clients who agree to share their experiences in marketing materials and who may receive compensation, services, or other consideration in exchange.
- Testimonial providers: individuals who provide testimonials, reviews, or before-and-after content, who may or may not be compensated.
3. Our Commitments
For every promotional relationship described above, GSS commits to the following:
- Clear and conspicuous disclosure. Any content created by an affiliate, influencer, media partner, ambassador, or testimonial provider that promotes GSS will include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of the material connection between that party and GSS. Disclosures will appear in the content itself (not buried in profile pages or hidden behind links) and will be presented in a manner reasonably understandable by the typical viewer.
- Standard disclosure language. Acceptable disclosures include "#ad," "Paid partnership with [GSS brand]," "Sponsored," "I receive a commission from GSS," or substantially similar plain-language statements. Generic tags such as "#sp," "#thanks," or "#collab" alone are not sufficient.
- Honest claims. Affiliate and influencer content must not contain claims about GSS, the foreign medical providers, or any procedure or product that are false, deceptive, or unsubstantiated. Claims about medical or health outcomes must be supported by competent and reliable scientific evidence, must comply with the FDA and platform requirements in Sections 4 and 5, and must be reviewed and approved by GSS in advance.
- No fabricated reviews. GSS does not purchase fake reviews, suppress negative reviews, manipulate ratings, or post reviews under false identities, and does not pay for reviews that misrepresent the reviewer's actual experience. This reflects both the FTC Endorsement Guides and the FTC's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials.
- Audit and enforcement. GSS maintains records of its promotional relationships and conducts periodic audits of affiliate and influencer compliance. Material non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of the relationship and forfeiture of unpaid compensation.
4. Health, Outcome, and Regenerative-Therapy Claims (FDA Notice)
Any regenerative, cellular, or stem-cell-based therapies promoted under the Gold Standard Regenerative brand are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and statements about them have not been evaluated by the FDA. Likewise, statements regarding any supplement, wellness, or similar product offered under the Magnum Performance Labs brand have not been evaluated by the FDA. These therapies and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Affiliates, influencers, ambassadors, and other partners must not, in any promotional content:
- state or imply that any GSS therapy or product is FDA-approved, cleared, or endorsed when it is not;
- promise, guarantee, or imply a specific medical, weight-loss, aesthetic, or regenerative outcome;
- present cellular or regenerative therapy as a proven cure or as a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional; or
- omit, where promoting a supplement or wellness product, the disclaimer that the product is "not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease," which must appear in the promotional content itself, not only on a landing page, consistent with current platform requirements.
Content concerning cellular or gene-based therapies should be framed as educational and informational. GSS reviews and must approve all such claims before publication.
5. Platform Advertising Compliance (Google, Meta, and Others)
Affiliates and partners who advertise GSS on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms must comply with each platform's healthcare and health-and-wellness advertising policies, which are enforced largely through automated review and change frequently. In particular, partners must:
- Maintain required certifications. Where a platform requires healthcare certification or LegitScript certification to run the relevant ads, as may apply to certain Gold Standard Regenerative or telehealth-adjacent promotions, ads may not run until that certification is in place. Partners may not run GSS healthcare ads through uncertified accounts.
- Avoid prohibited targeting. Partners must not target or personalize ads based on a person's sensitive health condition, diagnosis, or other personal attribute, and must not use copy that implies knowledge of the viewer's personal health status (for example, second-person framing such as "struggling with your weight?" or "for people managing obesity"). Use product- and information-focused language rather than person-focused language.
- Respect before/after and body-image restrictions. Partners must follow platform restrictions on before-and-after and "implied transformation" imagery, must not present an idealized body or figure or content likely to create negative self-perception, and must not use prohibited devices such as tape-measure or implied-timeline imagery.
- Avoid exaggerated or guaranteed claims. Ad copy and creative must be accurate and free of exaggerated, sensationalized, or guaranteed-outcome claims and "miracle cure" language.
- Honor age and jurisdiction limits. Weight-loss, cosmetic, and similar ads must be limited to audiences 18 years of age or older, and partners must advertise only into locations they are authorized and certified to target.
- Maintain ad/landing-page consistency. The promotional claim and the destination page must be consistent; partners may not use bait-and-switch or misleading landing experiences.
6. How to Identify Sponsored Content
You can identify sponsored content by looking for:
- platform-native disclosure labels (e.g., Instagram's "Paid partnership," YouTube's "Includes paid promotion");
- in-content hashtags such as #ad, #sponsored, or #paidpartnership;
- written disclosures at the beginning of posts or videos; and
- testimonial and disclosure language adjacent to before-and-after content.
If you encounter content promoting GSS that does not include a clear disclosure but that you believe should, please notify us at coo@goldstandardregenerative.com so we can investigate.
7. Affiliate Program Standards
GSS's affiliate program is governed by an Affiliate Program Agreement available to participating affiliates. The Agreement requires affiliates to:
- comply with all applicable laws, including the FTC Endorsement Guides and the FTC rule on consumer reviews and testimonials;
- comply with platform policies (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube), including the healthcare and health-and-wellness requirements in Section 5;
- obtain pre-approval from GSS for certain claim types (medical, outcome-related, regenerative, or comparative);
- observe the FDA-related requirements in Section 4 for Gold Standard Regenerative and Magnum Performance Labs content;
- refrain from advertising via spam, unsolicited communications, malware, or deceptive means;
- refrain from bidding on GSS trademarks in paid search without authorization;
- refrain from impersonating GSS or the foreign medical providers;
- make accurate disclosures in all promotional content; and
- accept the right of GSS to suspend or terminate the relationship for material non-compliance.
8. Testimonials and Before-and-After Content
Testimonials and before-and-after content appearing in GSS marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical results. Individual results vary substantially, and no particular outcome should be expected. Where a testimonial provider received compensation or other consideration, the material connection is disclosed clearly and adjacent to the testimonial in accordance with the FTC Endorsement Guides.
Because platforms increasingly restrict transformation imagery, including content that implies a before/after sequence even without explicit labels, before-and-after and outcome-based testimonial content must be reviewed and approved by GSS before use in paid advertising, and must comply with the platform restrictions described in Section 5. An outcome described in a testimonial is not a guarantee or promise of similar results for any other person.
