Most treatments are outpatient and done in under two hours. Here is what to expect from the moment you arrive.

  • Arrival — check in 15 minutes early in comfortable, loose clothing
  • Preparation — treatment area is cleaned; local numbing agent applied
  • The injection — 15–30 minutes; ultrasound-guided for joint targets
  • Recovery in clinic — 20–30 minutes rest; post-care plan reviewed
  • Return to hotel — your concierge arranges private transport back
  • At home — avoid anti-inflammatories, alcohol, and hard exercise for 5–7 days

Healing is a gradual process. This timeline reflects what most patients experience, though individual results will vary.

What happens at the consultation?

A physician reviews your history, imaging and goals, and discusses whether anything is appropriate for your case. The consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation, and one possible outcome is being told you are not a candidate.

Do I need imaging beforehand?

Recent imaging helps considerably. X-rays or MRI from the past two years, along with a current medication list and records of previous treatment, allow a far more useful assessment.

How long is the trip?

That depends on the protocol determined during evaluation. Travel logistics are coordinated once a physician has confirmed what is actually appropriate, rather than assumed in advance.

What happens after treatment?

Recovery and any changes are monitored over time, and follow-up arrangements are discussed as part of the protocol. Individual experience varies.

What if I am not a candidate?

Then you will be told so. Not everyone qualifies, and a clinic willing to say no is telling you something useful about how it operates.
