What we do to support accessibility

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, the following limitations exist on the current site. We are actively working on remediation:

Compatibility

The website is designed to be compatible with recent versions of NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver screen readers, and with recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. The site is not optimized for Internet Explorer 11 or earlier.

Assessment approach

We assess accessibility through internal self-evaluation with assistive technologies, automated scanning tools (axe DevTools, WAVE), and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing of high-traffic flows. We plan to schedule a third-party accessibility audit.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us using the channels below. We try to respond within five (5) business days.
